Same day as payment
Same-day slots are limited to two sites a day, Monday to Friday, Queensland time. Briefs after 11am, or once the day's slots are taken, get their review link by 5pm the next business day. Bigger sites get a same-day first draft of the home page and the rest within the turnaround shown on each package.

The things people ask.
What if I don't like the first draft?
Tell us what's wrong and we'll change it. If it's still not right for you, walk away and owe nothing. We switch off the review link and that's the end of it. One free draft per business.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Once it's paid for, the site and its files are yours. Your domain is registered in your business's name, not ours. If you leave, we hand everything over.
Is a $299 website any good?
It's a hand-checked site written for your business, not a template with your name swapped in. It won't have an online shop or a members area, and it doesn't need them to get you phone calls and enquiries.
Can I edit it myself?
These sites don't have a drag-and-drop editor. That's part of why they're fast, cheap and hard to break. Instead you email us the change. On the $39 plan that's included, otherwise it's $30 per 15 minutes, and most changes take less than that.
What do I need to have ready?
Your business name, what you do and where, how people should contact you, and any photos or logo you have. No logo or photos is fine. We'll use free stock photos and a clean text logo.
Will I show up on Google?
We set up everything Google needs to find and list your site, and connect your Google Business Profile. Nobody can honestly promise a top ranking, and we won't. Local businesses usually do best with a complete Google Business Profile and real reviews.
Do you use AI to write it?
Yes, for the code and a first draft of the words. A person checks and edits every page, tests it on real phones, and is responsible for it. We don't publish anything we haven't read.
When do I pay?
When you approve the site to go live. You get an invoice and can pay by card or bank transfer. Hosting is charged monthly by card, from the month the site goes live.
I already have a website. Can you replace it?
Yes. The Bigger site package includes moving your content across and redirecting your old links, so customers and Google still find you. For a small site, the Small business package plus $49 per extra page often works out cheaper. Tell us in the brief and we'll recommend one.
